Pricing and Policies
Trophy Fee Included: Yes
Included In Price: 1 on 1 Guide, Animal Prep After Harvest, and Transportation to and From the Hunting Area
Not included In Price: Meals, Drinks, Lodging, Hunt Tag, Hunt License, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Clothing, Airport Transportation
Final Payment Terms: Final payment in full is required in cash prior to opening day of the hunt.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made one month prior to the start of the hunt we will refund the deposit.
Wound Policy: If the client wounds an animal, we will do everything in our power to find and retrieve the animal. If the animal is still not found the client will be able to continue to hunt for the duration of the hunt. If a second animal is wounded, we will spend the remaining hunt and effort trying to recover the animal.
Tag Policy: Arizona is a draw system state, hunter will need to apply for the species draw. We can help the customer with questions on the drawing process, units and animal species.

If a fully outfitted hunt is desired, we provide a wall tent or Tee Pee tents for lodging with cots and a heater. Sleeping bags can be provided if the hunter doesn't have one or can't bring their own.
