Listed rate allows you to hunt the entirety of bow and rifle season, muzzle loader, and late archery, which would typically have you covered from October through the end of the year.
This is an ideal location for a Deer Camp. There is a pole barn on property, perfect if you want to bring a RV or travel trailer, and you can hook up to power and water.
The property features a fire pit as well, allowing hunters to gather for good times, cook, or just relax after a day chasing deer.
This is a Fair Chase property with surrounded by a mix of private property and state land. We like to be upfront with guests in explaining that if you’re looking for trapped deer behind fences, then this is may not be the hunting site for you.
Trails through the property are maintained, and quads can be used to access the majority of the hunting grounds. Hunters can put up stands if desired. There are stands established on the property, however please message us ahead of time to determine if they will be in use.
Of note, the owner does hunt the property, but with 170 acres there is plenty of room for up to 4 additional hunters.

Pricing and Policies
Trophy Fee Included: Yes
Included In Price: Access to the 170 acres, ability to hook up to power and water.
Not included In Price: You must bring your own guns, ammo, food etc. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Final Payment Terms: 60 days prior.
Cancellation Policy: 150 days or earlier none- 149 days-120 days 50%, 119 days to 90 days 25%, less than 90 days 0%.
Wound Policy: Don’t take the shot unless you know you can get it. Wounded animals are considered harvested. Be responsible and ethical with your shots. The landowner has never lost a deer, and expects guests to use the same discretion for good, clean kills.
Tag Policy: Get a Michigan Deer license and tags over the counter or on DNR website.
Terrain Details
Everything from pines, to hardwoods to cedar swamp. Has 2 track trails for quads throughout a lot of the property which makes it easier to access the property.
