5 Day Mule Deer | Rut Hunt | Big Timber, MT
1×1 Guided Hunt. The steep and rugged country near our headquarters in Big Timber, Montana is home to some outstanding trophy mule deer. And there’s no better time to hunt them than during the November rut. In fact, Montana is one of few places that allows the opportunity to hunt mule deer with a rifle throughout the rut. We use horses to hunt remote wilderness basins when the big bucks start coming out of the woodwork. This late season hunt provides a great opportunity to take a big, mountain muely.
These hunts are conducted out of a camp on Mount Rae of off private land on Forest Service land via horseback and hiking. Elks can be taken on this hunt for a $1,500 trophy fee.

Final Payment Terms: We require a deposit to hold your desired hunt dates. Upon notification of successful draw we ask for a 50% of the remaining total. Final payment is due by August 31st.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations.
Wound Policy: Wounded animals are considered harvested, every effort will be made to retrieve your animal.
Tag Policy: We help you with the application process to draw your tags to help ensure the highest rate of success!
