Final Payment Terms: 50% Deposit Required. 50% Payment Post Hunt.
Cancellation Policy: * A 50% deposit is required upon booking. *Trip cancellations 30 days or more prior to engagement will receive refund of deposit, or credit applied to future endeavor. *Any trips cancelled 29-15 days before scheduled outing will lose their deposit, 8-14 days of scheduled outing will incur a 75% penalty of total trip cost, 7 days or less will pay 100% of the time allotted for their trip. *Capt. William D. Cochran reserves the right to cancel a trip at any moment, upon which instance a full refund will be provided.
Wound Policy: Wounded game will be treated as a kill.
